2 INGREDIENT NO CHURN VEGAN ICE CREAM—all you need is canned coconut whipping cream and sweetened condensed coconut milk (+ mix ins for flavor!!) no cottage cheese necessary 😫😂
To make:
Add 1 can of canned heavy coconut cream (I use the Let’s Do Organic brand by @edwardandsons 🤌) Using a hand mixer, whip the coconut milk until its light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes…I placed mine in the freezer for 10 mins, the cold temp helped it whip better!) Once its fluffy, add 1 can of sweetened condensed coconut milk and whip together for 30 secs. Now you have your base and you can add whatever you want to flavor it! I added 3 tbsp of key lime juice, 1 tbsp of key lime zest, and 1/2 cup of crushed graham crackers for a key lime pie flavor. You can have fun with it 🤪 Freeze for at least 6 hours and enjoy!
